In 2025, London Zoo partnered with Hawthorn & Kent to introduce a completely reimagined guest photography experience powered by the GoPhoto platform. Our team worked alongside ZSL to design, build and operate a modern, digital-first solution that enhances visitor engagement across the entire Zoo — from day visits to signature events.
Working collaboratively with the Zoo team, we introduced a site-wide photography concept built around the flexibility of the GoPhoto platform and Hawthorn & Kent’s specialist operational support.
Roaming Photography

AI Creation Station
A next-generation, playful selfie experience that instantly transforms visitors into custom “Zoo Keeper” character portraits — an immediate favourite with guests.

New Photography Hub in Barclay Court

Why GoPhoto?
Having launched in June and July 2025 at Zoo Nights, the onsite photography operation has now expanded into a full concession for the summer season and beyond. Early results show:
